Working in front of a flame torch, you will learn the basics of working with Borosilicate glass, more commonly known as Pyrex. There is no limit to what you can achieve with this incredible material.

BEAD MAKING

Canberra Glassworks is pleased to offer the following classes for adults(18+) as a part of its 08 Education Program.
In our three hour Beading Taster class you will learn the basics of glass bead making. Working
in front of a flame torch you will make your own fabulous jewellery in no time!
This class is suitable for complete beginners and those of you who have caught the beading bug and want
a little more practice. Beading Fundamentals expands on what you learned in the Beading
Taster, and solidifies your skills over the four weeks of the course.
The final step in our bead making curriculum is Ongoing Bead Making. Learn advanced decorative techniques as well as
the practical skills you require to work independently at the Glassworks upon completion of this course..
