Kiln Room Hire
The following equipment is available for hire to trained artists in the Kiln Room:
• Fusing kilns
- 2 x large fusing kilns, 2400mm x 1250mm internal dimensions, hydraulic lift up lids and automatic venting.
- 1 x BVD medium fusing kiln, 1200mm wide x 100omm deep x 400mm high, Hydraulic lift up lids
- 2 x BVD medium fusing kilns, 1000mm wide x 600mm deep x 400mm high, hydraulic lift up lids
- 5 x small paragon kilns, 610mm wide x 580mm deep x 380mm high, internal dimensions
• Casting Kilns
- Large Woodrow front loading casting kiln with roll-out kiln car 1250 wide x 1800mm long x 800mm high
inside dimensions
- Large Woodrow top loading casting kiln, 1100 wide x 650mm long x 600mm high inside dimensions.
- Medium Woodrow top loading kiln, 850mm wide x 650mm deep x 450mm high, internal dimensions
- 2 medium Nabertherm front loading kilns, 600mm wide x 750mm deep x 1000 high internal dimensions
- 2 small Nabertherm top loading kilns, 480mm wide x 430mm deep x 490mm high, internal dimensions
- 2 small Woodrow top loading casting kilns, 500mm wide 500mm long x 500mm high inside dimensions
- 5 x Paragon kilns, 610mm wide x 580mm deep x 380mm high, internal dimensions
• Dedicated extraction system for each kiln to safely disperse heat and contaminants.
• Large range of kiln shelves and props available
• Hydraulic platform trolleys 350kg - 500kg capacity for transporting materials, moulds and objects to
and from kilns
• Overhead gantry for manoeuvring large heavy materials, moulds and objects.
• Large capacity wet and dry vacuum
